These Terms govern your use of Facefinder, a service operated by Emil Arnold Media Ltd. (Igouemenitsas 5, 6037 Larnaca, Cyprus). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Facefinder. You must be 18 years or older to use Facefinder.

Facefinder is a search engine, not a background check.It is not a consumer reporting agency and its results are not a consumer report. You may not use Facefinder for any purpose covered by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws, including eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or tenant screening.

1. What Facefinder does

Facefinder runs a reverse image search of a face against publicly available web pages and returns a ranked list of where a similar face appears. Matches are scored by visual similarity only.

2. Results are leads, not proof

Many unrelated people look alike. A match is a starting point, not confirmation of anyone's identity. Never rely on a single result to make a decision about a person, and always verify independently.

3. Acceptable use

Use Facefinder only for lawful, personal purposes such as verifying who you are dealing with or checking your own online presence. You agree not to use Facefinder to:

screen anyone for employment, credit, insurance, or housing/tenancy;
stalk, harass, threaten, dox, defraud, or harm any person;
identify or surveil people without a lawful basis;
break any law, or violate anyone's privacy or other rights.

You are solely responsible for how you use results.

4. Your upload

You confirm you have the right to upload the photo you submit. Your photo is used only to run the search and is deleted within 24 hours (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Payments, subscriptions & renewals

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our payment processor.
Subscriptions renew automatically (weekly or monthly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Credit packs are one-time purchases.
Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Digital services are supplied immediately. By starting a search or unlocking results, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Statutory consumer rights are otherwise unaffected.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once results have been delivered. If something went wrong with a search, contact support and we will make it right.

8. Removal requests

If your face appears in results and you want it removed from the index, use Remove my photo Imprint.

9. Disclaimers & liability

Facefinder is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy or completeness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for how you act on results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
